Will Adobe Creative Cloud be reducing its monthly subscription fee due to the loss of cloud syncing?

I have received the email that Adobe Creative Cloud will no longer be syncing. This is a huge decrease usefulness and service, and was a big part of why I trusted creative cloud with my files.

Can you elaborate on your workflow and exactly how this change affects you?

Have you explored the alternatives outlined by Adobe in this article?

Also, have you explored the various 3rd party syncing services available. Most do a far better job than Adobe Cloud syncing ever did.
