I WAS CHARGED THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT ANY EMAIL WARNING ABOUT IT OR ME BEING ASKED IF I WANT TO RENEW THE SUBSCRIPTION. AS A RESULT I WANTED TO CANCEL IT AND I'M BEING CHARGED A CANCELATION FEE WHICH COSTS 68 EUROS. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM BUT THEY ONLY HAVE THE AUTO REPLY WHICH OF COURSE CAN'T HELP ME. WHAT SHOULD I DO THIS IS UNEXEPTABLE
Subscription roll over automatically. If you want to cancel your subscription, you must do so in the month prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is the anniversary of the day you subscribed.

Did you read the TERMS you agreed to when you gave Adobe your payment card?
You had 14 days to cancel without penalty and receive a refund. Failing that, you're on the hook for a 12 month subscription.
