Hello, I am currently using the student annual plan, but I would like to terminate the annual plan because it is no longer used in the cost and class.
I know that cancellation of the annual plan in the middle will result in penalties, but I would like to ask if there is a way to reduce the penalty fee because it is too burdensome.
