A brief information about the type of Cloud membership that you have purchased would help more.
- If you purchased a Creative Cloud Individual Membership, than there is no way to Change the registered email address and you may need to contact Adobe Support Team for Cancelling the existing Subscription and placing a new Order using the Correct email address.
- And if you have purchased a Creative Cloud for Teams Subscription, than there is the option to Change the Contract Owner to the correct email address by following the steps as suggested in : https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/change-contract-owner.html
