Wrong Invoices Language for Stock Assets and Creative Cloud Subscription

Hi, for last few months I'm getting invoices from ADOBE in Portugese. All invoices were send to me in English so far. I use Polish and English in my profile (that was set for last 5 years), so I have no idea where did that language change came from. I have contacted Adobe Support on chat - they asured me that they have changed it and now I will get invoices back in English on my email... it was twice, the same situation for Adobe Assets invoice and few weeks later for my CC subscription. Today I got another invoice for ADOBE Stock Assets - in Portugese again, the whole email was writen in Portugese. Please help... anyone? 

I know I can generate and download English invoice from my panel... but I was getting them on my email, and it was convinient - can anyone help me to solve this problem?

TypoEdition, thanks for posting your concern about the language selection for your invoices. I am showing Polish-English is also set in your Account profile. Are you sure the invoices you are receiving are from Adobe? We don't automatically send invoices except when an account is past due which your account currently is.

 

Please see https://adobe.ly/47qQS0t for information on how to access the invoices from your account. It is confirmed at the top of the document that we don't currently offer automated invoice generation, but it is a requested feature.

 

It could be the message you have been receiving is about the subscriptions under your account that are past due. Please see https://adobe.ly/47Gtx9R for information on how to update your account and put it back into good standing.

 

Finally, I confirmed your language setting is still set for Polish-English. You can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4hLJIY4 to adjust these settings, TypeEdition. ^JW

Yes - I'm sure the invoices are from ADOBE - I was getting them in English for last 5 years.

oh and YES you do send me automatically invoices for last 5 years, I get them form message@adobe.com

Yes - my account is past due for ADOBE Stock assets because my bank has blocked internet transactions on my bank-card yesterday after some suspicious transaction (not connected to ADOBE), I'm waiting now for bank to remove the blockade, so the payment will be proceeded with delay.
I was always getting the automatic mail with invoice - every month.

...and it was in English.
For the last few months I'm getting this (screen from my mailbox):

thank you for the links, but I said I already know how to download the invoices in English. I also know how to edit my profile settings - I have checked the anguages already.

So is there anyone competent to help with this wrong language issue?

Please bookmark https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you need to follow up with your new support case. Case ADB-41935034-F5Z7 was closed in October, so you will not be able to add any updates to your previous support case about this error, @TypoEdition .

i'm not sure any of these will fix email languages, but it's worth checking that all languages are what you want.

 

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary:
