Yearly subscription cancellation idea

Dear Adobe,
 
I would like to ask a question:
At Photo package order taking I have made a huge error: I have chosen yearly subscription with monthly payment. World is changing and unfortunately my life is changing too… I have thought that I will do some photo retouchings for my hobby but unfortunately I can’t do my hobby for this year at all, I have realized it due to bad news.
 
Is it possible to change my yearly subscription to monthly? Or delete the full subscription without paying the 50% of full annual price. This is my 1. month.

there is no monthly photography plan.  ie, you can change plans (without penalty), but you cannot change to a plan that doesn't exist.

 

also, in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
