Trying to cancel my subscription.

 

Go to my account. I clcik cancel. I get an error. Over and over again. I retry over and over again. Doesnt work.

 

I try the chat. I get a network error there. I try chat again and type AGENT. I get an error there.

 

I tried phoning ireland. Sorry we cant connect. I try the UK number. Sorry we cant connect.

 

What on earth are you people doing? Why is this so difficult? Is it deliberate? Absolutely shocking service!!!!
