hello i booked 2 plans all 1.october 2025 saturday the money was charged from my bank account(4 days later) now 7 days over and i cant manage still my plans. all tried new browser private mode and all other stuff. is it normal because sepa direct debit? only wait more? or what i have todo, live chat not answer me this question...maybe its a bug or wait longer?thanks for help

Sarai, I am sorry, but the payment method you used to start your subscription commitments was not accepted. If you have already been succesfully charged, then do you have a third subscription under a different account, Sarai?

hello thank you for help. i made one account want book something through my sepa debit but it not works. than i made a new account and it works. and 36.29 EUR and 39.64 EUR was charged saturday from my bank account. the other account adobe firefly 109.99 EUR i refuse the direct debit because it says on my other account its not possible and i immeditaly cancel the subscription through agent live chat. how i can proceed to manage my plans? or book again and cancel? get i the money back? thanks for help
