 "Your plan was canceled. Confirmation #. Check your email for more details."

 

Anyone else notice that Adobe isn't communicating "Confirmation #" for cancellations?  The email doesn't contain an identifier either.

kglad is correct.  You have 24/7 access to your Adobe account portal to view your plan details, support cases and invoice history. 

 

There is so much e-mail spoofing going on lately, you can't believe everything that lands in your inbox. Maybe it's real, maybe not.
