Your update November 2021 has made my 2017 Mac book pro useless

My 2017 Macbookpro now crashes...... refund please!!!   I am a professional editor but now my client won't pay me me because your update now crashes my Mac...... refund...... not worth $60 a month.  You have cost me money and a client. Thanks. Ok where do I insert the 120 curse words.........................................
