Zahlung Abo wird nicht aktualisiert und erneut abgebucht

Hallo,

 

leider hat sich der Geldeingang und die Zahlung meines Abo um drei Tage überschnitten, so dass das Abo nicht abgebucht wurde. Nun wollte ich das Ganze aktualisieren. Es lässt sich jedoch nicht aktualisieren und zeigt noch immer die Fehlermeldung an, dass es Abrechnungsprobleme gäbe. Wenn ich auf die Zahldaten gehe und diese ändere, kommt aber zunächst die Meldung, dass Adobe jetzt meine Zahlung erhalten habe. Was kann ich tun, dass das Konto nicht deaktiviert wird, da ich es für meine Ausbildung benötige.
