Zugriff auf Konto & Kündigung nicht möglich

Hallo liebe Community

Ich habe ein zweites Adobe-Konto mit Abo, welches eher eine Karteileiche ist und ich es endlich kündigen möchte. 

Folgendes Problem: 

Da ich eine neue Handynummer habe, ist der Zugriff auf die hinterlegte, nicht mehr möglich. 

Außerdem habe ich mein Kennwort vergessen. 

Ich habe lediglich noch Zugriff auf die zwei Hinterlegten E-Mail-Adressen. 

Somit kann ich leider nicht auf mein Konto zugreifen. 

Da der Aufbau des Hilfecenters katastrophal ist, würde ich hier euch um Hilfe bitte.

you should be able to select a different way (eg, email not phone) to change your password to the account you want to cancel when trying to sign in to it.
