Zusatzabo unterschieben bei Probeabo!?

Habe ein InDesign Probeabo gehabt, welches ich fristgemäß gekündigt habe. Heute wurde mir via Mail über Paypal mitgeteilt, dass mir rd. 36 EUR für ein ABO abgezogen wird, das ich nicht wissentlich abgeschlossen habe. Die Bestätigungsmail der Kündigung habe ich auch erhalten.

Ich frage mich gerade im Ernst was das für ne dumme Masche ist!! Um Adobe mach ich nur noch einen Bogen wo immer es geht...

    again, check your account and use that information along with your prior documentation to communicate the issue to adobe support.  maybe wait a few hours before contacting them so you don't get intentionally disconnected for using invective.

    Genauso ist es jetzt meinem Sohn ergangen nun soll er monatlich 35.69€ zahlen obwohl er gar kein Einkommen hat. Wie kommt man da wieder raus ohne die ungeheure Summe von 196 Euro Kündigungszahlung wegen vorzeitigem Vertragsende. Ich habe vorsorglich erst einmal ein Anwalt eingeschaltet ob diese Machenschaften überhaupt rechtens sind. Außerdem muss bei solchen Verträgen die entweder Volljährigkeit bzw. Geschäftstätigkeit überprüft werden.

    you can contact adobe support to discuss.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

    save your cancel confirmation email, if you see a problem in your account.

    I dont care whether this is a adobe public account. I have a problem with Adobe charging a service i did not order! And public should see this kind of business!!!
