60 Day trials for Students - COVID

New Here ,
Apr 08, 2020 Apr 08, 2020

I was told by my school that if I installed Creative Cloud and made my account using my school email that I would get a 60 Day trial, but when I installed Audition and hit "Try" all I got was the 7 day. How can I unlock the full 2 months?

Thanks!

Estrojohn, I am sorry, but Nancy is correct, you will need to contact your school to verify how to access the membership that is provided.  I reviewed the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum, and there is no membership associated with that account.

Contact your school's IT department and find out which ID and password you need to use.  This has to be set-up correctly at their end.

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.

Download & install Creative Cloud desktop App first, followed by other CC apps.
