I can't access my billing history, what to do?

-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right

If you still need help, scroll down to Contact Adobe on the same page. In the chat box, type Billing Agent followed by enter key.
For Teams & Enterprise accounts, use your admin console.
So in the View Plan Details page of your account what is showing under the section "Billing History"?
Post a screen shot of that page and section.
Also as far as copies of the charges for your Adobe subscription all of that should also be on your Credit Card Statement and or whatever other payment method you might be using. Look there.

Is this an Individual subscription plan or a Entprise or Team plan?
In any event you should contact Adobe directly through the Chat system.
