I am upset with how ambiguous the Apple Store is for adobe products. The App Store said that downloading the app was free and that you could login in to an active account but I was charged $10 when cannot afford that and have an existing student account. How can I get my money back? If you have an active account do you have to pay additional monthly to have it on iPad ?

I think that really depends on what type of plan you have and what you downloaded from the Apple Store.

Can you please be more specific?
