I'm honestly shocked by what is happening. Yesterday I contacted support. I use two subscriptions on different mails, I asked to combine them into one. As a result, one subscription was deleted and they billed me to pay for an annual subscription, and they say that we cannot return it to you. Take and buy a new one. What does it mean?

i don't have access to your conversation, but from what you describe, you asked for your two subscriptions to be converted to one subscription.
adobe obliged by cancelling one of the two so you now have one subscription, as requested.
what's the issue?
