My membership got auto renewed. I was never made aware that the membership will be auto renew. How do I submit a request for refund?

Most professionals can't afford to be without the tools of their trade. As such, your annual plan renews automatically until you cancel it. To avoid early cancellation fees, wait until your 12th month to cancel.
