hello,

just purchased the student package of adobe CC. I recieved an email telling me by order would be processed within 24 hours and I would not be charged until complete. 

 

I have already been charged but when logging into my account there is no evidence of me having purchased this product and I cannot install any of the adobe products.

 

Please help

I believe so yes. I'm just using my student email as that was required to buy the student package and I did recieve a conformation of purchase to that email aswell.
