Problems with Payment Details

I checked my account to cancel my photoshop plan. It tells me that my plan has expired and I have to update my payment details to reactivate it. Everytime I update it, it shows that it is working again and when I try to refresh the page to make sure, it goes back to asking me to update my payment details. I wanted to cancel the plan so I don't get any charges again but the "cancel" button is not showing up and I figure maybe updating my payment details will make it. Is this also a problem for anybody?
