Reset my password with no access to phone

Question

I have access to the account email, but not the account phone number. I am trying to reset the password, but I need to verify request with a code sent to the phone number (this phone number has been deactivated).

I need to know how to have the reset password verification request sent to email instead.

Do you see the option "Get your code another way"? If you have provided both an email address and a phone number, you can opt to receive your code in an email instead by clicking on that link.
