It's impossible to say whether a particular email is genuine, because the most damaging attacks come in the form of messages that look exactly like a genuine message, and a useful and valuable one too (because, if you did not change your password, this means someone has hacked into your account). A real analysis would have to look at the mail headers, but we don't have a reference to know what headers to expect from Adobe. However, it looks reasonable. Have your users actually changed their password, though? If not, it may be an attempt to get the user to connect to a fake customer support team.
