It turns black out and the page turns white (the mark part becomes blacked out).

Mac で Web画面をプレビューまたは「印刷->PDFとして保存」で作成した PDFに対し, 墨消しでマークした部分以外も全部真っ白に消えてしまいます. 原因は何が考えられるでしょうか. Pro XI では問題ありませんでした.

動作環境 OS X Sierra, High Sierra (update 前後で同じ症状)

Acrobat Pro XI では問題なし.

Acrobat 2017/Acrobat Proで上記症状が発生. テキストまたは画像をマークで一部をマーク -> 適用 するとマーク部分は墨消しの色(グレイ)でボックスが現れますが, その他のすべての内容が消え, 真っ白になります. 1.4 にしてから適用したりしましたが, 同じです.

また, 真っ白になった PDFを保存して Skim などで開いても真っ白です. 検索や iOS での表示は試していませんが.

その後, もしやと思って, テキストを編集で全部を選択し, 文字の色を黒にしたらやはりデータは残っていて浮かびあがりました.

つまり, 墨消しのときに他のテキストの文字の色が白になってしまい消えたように見えるようです.

いずれにしろおかしいと思うのですが, 解決策はありますでしょうか?

Please check the latest update available from Help menu>Check for updates. You may also try to reset the preferences of Acrobat, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Finally, I found the solution. This issue is caused by the way to make PDF from web site. On a OS X box, one can print by command+P, and in spite of printing, one can make PDF using "save as PDF" . However, if one use this selection, this issue happens.

If one use "save as ADOBE PDF' , one can correctly do 'sumi kesi' .
