Abrir un Pdf y no lo abre manda una pantalla con el nombre del archivo y desde ahi pide abrir el doc

As per the shared screenshot it is a portfolio (which can include more than 1 document of different extensions as well). Hence it is showing you the portfolio window. Then email has been attached in it hence it is showing. You can double click the PDF to open it and then perform your required operations.

If you think this was not a portfolio earlier and you have not added email to it or created this portfolio , then please share the workflow (steps) which happened in between when it was working as PDF and when it converted and started showing you as Portfolio. Please share the OS and Acrobat version as well for further investigation.

This is a special kind of PDF file known as a Portfolio. It contains other files as attachments (PDFs, or otherwise). So when you open it it will show a list of those files for you to choose from. It's possible to define one of these files as the default one to show when the file is first opened, but you would need Acrobat for that.
