Hi,

Recently we have install acrobat 2020 in a computer and suddenly the colleague have not been able to Sign in PDF's or validate. When we try to investigate the problem in the preferences we're welcome with a prompt stating "Unknow Reason: Security-Console 430". This prompt appears in the security, security(advanced) and signature menu as you can see from the images. It appears the problema is affecting several people but no one knows how to resolve. We have already reinstall the program but problem still persist. Screenshot_4.pngScreenshot_5.png

Does anyone know how to resolve? Thank you

Hi @joao28187724167j

Sorry to hear about the trouble caused.

Please refer to the similar discussion here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-reader-discussions/error-ppkhandlerimpl-83-and-securityconsol...  and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested.

If that doesn't help, then Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html

Download the Acrobat installer from here:

https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Hope this helps. Let us know if it doesn't work.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi, sorry for the late respond. Only manage to get on hold to the pc again from the colleague to try your solutions. Decide to Run the cleaner tool that you provide, and after reinstall the Acrobat 2020, it happen again. Everything ok, untill I click on the "More" and it gives the error message. Don't understand exactly what the cause of it is. Using portable seems to work to workaround the problem.
