Acrobat DC Install fail. Tried what I think are the solutions presented in the forums...

Hello, I’m hoping for some help.

I have the “standard” Acrobat DC install issue detailed in numerous posts on these forums when attempting to install Acrobat DC from Creative Cloud desktop in a windows 10 pc.

To summarise, it is exit code 7, with
ERROR: DW071 and
ERROR: DW003: Third party payload installer Adobe Acrobat\Setup.exe failed with exit code: 1603.

I have tried all of the solutions that seem to be highlighted on these forums

and am still nowhere near success.

I have tried the 2015 Acrobat Cleaner Tool, restarted and tried reinstall and got the same problem again.

I have tried the 2015 Acrobat Cleaner Tool again, restarted, ensured I have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2019 installed to the same fail again.

I have tried the 2015 Acrobat Cleaner Tool once more, and then downloaded the separate package and once more the same error message and lack of success.

So I am now at a complete loss and burned several hours on this.

Suggestions and hopefully solutions most welcome.
