Acrobat is not showing files I have shared

After I have shared PDF files for commenting with co-workers Acrobat doesn't recognize that shared the file. In the home screen on the recent tab under the Sharing category it says Only You. If I look under the Shared By You Tab it is not listed.

    Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

    What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

    Try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

    Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082

    You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

     

    Additionally, you may go document cloud online https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and check under documents and see if that works.

    I'm having the same issue. My IT team assisted with the repair installation method and now files that were shared yesterday appeared but files shared today is still not showing in Shared by you or Shared by others in all my team members acrobat reader. 

     

    We are working with Acrobat Version 2024.002.20736 on windows and Acrobat 24.04.50 on iPad

    Hi there

    We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.
