Acrobat Pro 2020 Win Another installation is in progress error during installation

Hi,

I purchased two licenses for Acrobat Pro 2020 Win ESD. When attempting to install it on the first machine (Windows 11, connected with an account in Azure AD), I received an error message stating: "Another installation is in progress. Please complete it before continuing."

I have tried several solutions, including restarting the PC, updating Windows, closing programs via Task Manager, using Adobe's software uninstallation tool, and modifying the registry, but none of these resolved the issue. I even created a local administrator account, but the same error persists.

I noticed that when I launch the software for the first time, a loading screen briefly appears, but nothing opens. On the second attempt to launch the program, I consistently receive the error message, even though it appears that nothing is running on Windows.

To further investigate, I tried installing the software on another PC with a similar configuration (Azure AD and Windows 11), and I encountered the exact same error message.

Can anyone could help ?

Thanks.
