As early as January of this year I was able to select hundreds of .msg files from Outlook and convert to individual PDF files using the Acrobat tool from Outlook. This was a quick seamless process and valuable tool. What has changed and is there another solution?

Thanks for the quick response, @cathy_0927.
Now, enable the option, and click Ok. And then try converting emails again.
Take a screenshot of the converted document without revealing confidential information, especially on the left side portion of the file.
You should be able to see the results like this. Double-click on the second item on the list "ahm.....(1)", of course, this will be different for you. Then the inbox will come up, and double-click on that, and you should be able to see all of your emails. Let me know how it works

That seems to have worked! Perhaps I wasn't drilling into that folder previously or something was reset when removal of this function and re-enabling again. I will try with a larger batch of 450+ .msg files now. Thanks very much!

Hi @cathy_0927,
Thanks for reaching out.
Here are a couple of things we need to check:
1. Ensure Acrobat is installed on the machine.
2. Acrobat PDF Maker plugin is enabled in Outlook. For more information on PDFMaker on Windows machine: https://adobe.ly/4oechAb;
Please provide more details if the above suggestions don't help. And it would be helpful if you could provide the following details:

For security purposes I can not record the issue, but will rather relay in writing. In Outlook I shift select 400+ .msg files from an Outlook folder. I click on Acrobat plugin tool, Selected Messages, Create New PDF, select Save location, progression pop-up appears to work with counts of files created/files remaining, then file opens but only includes the first .msg file converted to PDF, not the remaining 400+ files.

Thanks for the screenshot and quick response, @cathy_0927!
What happens when you choose fewer than 100 or 50 emails for conversion? Also, when did this issue start to occur? Has anything changed at your end? Also, I am still waiting to hear the version of Acrobat, the OS name, and version.
Will be waiting for your response. Thank you for your patience and support.

My work with this is cyclical. I used it successfully last January and again in February. I tried in mid-June and first noticed the issue, and it is recurring again now in late July. I have tried with batches as small as 5 .msg files and it gives me same result. Appears to progress in creation of files, but then output is a single file showing first .msg file conversion.

Appreciate the information on the timeline.
If you could provide the OS name and version and the Acrobat version number, I will escalate the case to product engineering.

Windows 11, version 23H2. We have an Adobe for Enterprise account under CFA Institute. Sorry I can't see version from my side.

Hi @cathy_0927,
Thank you for your patience.
While we are trying to triage this issue at our end. Could you try unchecking this preference(screenshot): "Output Adobe PDF Portfolio when creating a new PDF file." Then click OK.
And try creating PDFs again, and let us know how it works.

Hi Tariq. Thanks for your work towards this solution. I performed your request above and I received a single PDF with all selected .msg files batched within that single PDF. That is certainly a step in the right direction, however I used to be able to select a batch for conversion and I would received individula PDFs for each .msg file. Thanks.

Unfortunatley, if they all have the same file name, you can't export the PDFs to a single folder. Is there a way to do this? I used to be able to right click on a .msg file in file explorer and convert multiple .msg file to pdfs, but it's not working anymore.
