Acrobat Reader crashing during SAVE AS or PRINT TO PDF

Going on 16 months now and no solution. I've since upgraded to Windows 11 latest version, ran all uninstall tools, changed browers (from Chrome to Firefox) but STILL NO HELP.

Any time I try to SAVE AS or PRINT TO PDF the reader crashes hard.
I am running 64-bit (24.003.20054) Adobe Acrobat Reader.
PLEASE HELP.

Hi @StriperSeeker,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!

Do you experience this issue through the browser extension, too or is it just with the Acrobat desktop app?

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the event for a better understanding and assistance?

Also, please help us gather the logs from your machine: https://adobe.ly/3X99gnV. Please make sure Procmon is selected. You can upload logs using this tool and share your Unique log ID with us.

This will help us narrow down the root cause of the issue, and expedite the fix.

I did all this already with an Adobe tech. I'll post it again. Here's a link to my previous go-round with Adobe in 2023:

@StriperSeeker Thanks for the response.

If you are on the latest version (2024.003.20054), please generate fresh logs using the steps shared above and send the Log ID to me for further investigation.
