Acrobat Reader quits upon launching

so the past few months whenever i launched adobe acrobat it just quits upon launching. i even tried to reinstall and it quit the installation too. this happens on Window 11 but on my mac it's ok.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat!

 

Were you trying to launch the app directly or by double-clicking a PDF file? Also, do you see any error messages when the app crashes? 

 

What I doubt could be a corrupt preference file, which can cause a crash of the application at launch. Please try removing them. Steps can be found here: Resetting Acrobat Preference settings to default.

 

While you do so, you can try installing the offline installer file to see if the app installed: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license (adobe.com)

 

If this does not work, please share the crash logs with us so we can investigate it in-house. 

Please use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to collect crash logs and share the unique ID of the log.
