Acrobat.Pro.plist habe ich schön gelöscht, ohne Erfolg.

Danach Acrobat deinstalliert und nochmal neu installiert, gleiches Problem.

OSX 10.14.6

Try installing the latest optional Acrobat update:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousoct2019qfe3.html#dccontinuousocttwentynineteenqfethree

When you save-as PDF, are you saying the PDF is blank, or no PDF is created?

As a temporary work-around, you can, of course, duplicate and re-name the closed PDF. (select closed file, command+ click- duplicate)

The latest Update is already installed.

No pdf is created, I only get a blank "save as" window

Yes, duplicating the pdf and rename it before opening the pdf ist a work-around, but not the best.
