I have a user who can only use the 7-Day Free Trial of Acrobat DC.

He is part of an organization and all users have a license for Acrobat DC.

The Creative Cloud application will not allow us to download Acrobat DC because it is already installed.

The Acrobat DC shows that it is only a trial version that will expire every 7-Days.

Every 7-Days we are able to instantaneously renew it, but it expires again on the 7th day.

How can we prevent this?

Sign out of Acrobat if necessary.

Sign out of the Creative Cloud app.

Sign back in.

If that doesn't work, uninstall Acrobat before you sign back in again.

Reinstall from the Creative Cloud app.

If that still doesn't work, uninstall Acrobat and use the Adobe CC Cleaner to remove your ID Credentials.

Sign in again and install Acrobat from the CC app.

Please report back.
