Acrobat - Unable To Print [macOS14 Sonoma]

New Here ,

I'm running Acrobat Pro ver. 2023.003.20244 on a MacBook Pro with an M2 running macOS Sonoma Ver. 14.0 beta 4, and for the last few weeks I've had this issue of unable to print any PDFs from Acrobat Pro. Everytime I try, I get these error messages: "The document could not be printed, kindly use our help page to troubleshoot", then "There were no pages selected to print." (Screenshots attached). I install the app through Creative Cloud, not the App Store. I've tried uninstalling the app, then re-installing it. I've updated the drivers for my printers (Epson WF-7840 and a Xerox WorkCentre 6515)...none of this works. Any suggestions on what I could do to fix this? My only work-around has been to load all my PDFs in Edge and print from there, which works, but I'd much rather just do all my work in one app.

Unfortunately, subsequent updates did not change anything for the better.
For me, printing to an image is disabled and I cannot change it because AR informs me that in MacOS14 Beta (Sonoma) it is not possible to print other than to an image.
The problem is that I don't have the Beta version... but the current version of Sonoma 14.3 and the latest AR version!
What should I do? Help!
No tips found here so far, still don't work!

I hadn't printed from Adobe since I unwillingly had my Mac updated to Sonoma (folks at the Genius Bar updated even though I explicitly told them not to, but I digress). Just tried to print today and got the error. I was thinking it was just the PDF doc itself since I just grabbed it from a website today. I attempted to print an older PDF I had saved and received the same error.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat and that fixed the problem. What's interesting is that even though I checked for updates and it said everything was up to date, Acrobat looks different after I reinstalled it. What's also interesting is that it now opens Distiller when printing, it never used to do that, at least not as visibly as it does now. My Acrobat version is now 2023.008.2055 and I'm on Sonoma 14.0.

Go to System Settings under the Apple icon. Find Privacy & Security and then Full Disk Access – make sure your Acrobat has full disk access (toggle showing green). If it is not there, add it by clicking the plus sign at the bottom of the window. Then add the Distiller to the list which is within the Acrobat DC folder. It should stop Distiller from asking for disk access every time you want to print (therefore making it invisible).

I'll keep this in mind. At the moment the Distiller app opened but it opens in the "background" sort of, meaning the icon shows in the dock but no screen actually pops up. Prior to reinstalling, the icon never showed in the dock. I'm a stickler on giving apps full access for things they shouldn't need full access for, so I'll keep things as is for now since the process is still fairly seamless at the moment.
