I had the same problem with annoying pop ups every time I opened a PDF file. I accidently landed in the Acrobat Reader forum and the solution of one member worked for me:
- open Acrobat
- go to File > Preferences
- select the tab "General" and change the "Touch Mode" to Never
- Change "Scale for screen resolution (restart required)" to No Scaling
- Save and exit.
This has done the trick for me for over a week now including restarts, powering off and on and Windows update. All working fine now. The member who posted this is the Reader forum was Kmoodysoh (so I am not taking the credits for this, he was the one who saved my day 🙂 )
Falls das wer in deutsch braucht, einfach fragen 😉
same here.
We have the same problem with several Win10 and Win11 clients. Info-window pops up 1-2 times simultaneously when starting Windows. Repair / reinstallation didn't change anything. The use of Acrobat nethertheless does not seem to have any limitations, bugs. Looking forward for helpful information, thanks!
Same, same here.
