Is it happening on all documents, on long ones?

do you have a lot of applications opened at the time?

Hi Eric, i've tried to close all the apps used (memory and CPU ressources ... are not fully used ) , and the issue is still there , the pdf doc is not very long (22 pages ) , and this is not the only one because i tried with some other PDF docs , same issue.

Hello,

Please try changing the following preferences setting and see if that makes a difference:

Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup", "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat.

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

If it still doesn't work, then uninstall the application once using cleaner tool: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  and then reinstall.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi Slim,

Thanks for being so patient.

We did check the video shared above, and could see the its taking time to load.

If this issue still exist, then please try the following steps:

1- Install the most recent patch released for Acrobat from here: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

2- If it still doesn't work, then share a few sample files with us  to reproduce the issue at our end. As we'd like to see whether its application which isn't responding or the file.

You can upload the file on Document Cloud and share the link with us here.

3- Uninstall application using cleaner tool this time: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and then reinstall it.
