New Here ,
May 10, 2024 May 10, 2024

Good day Team.

Need assisistance with Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Version: 2024.002.20687 64 Bit.

Resently each time we user the Fill & Sign feature to add the Signature.

We'd click on : Fill & Sign -> Select the relavent Signature and add.

Clicking on : Save a certified Copy, after loading it closes the application.

Reopenig the application would get the document with a statement at the bootom say : Agreement

It This has ocured before:

Used Cotrol panel -> Selected  Adobe Acrobat  -> Change on the popup Undate and it worked properly for a week and now it's closing each time one click save a certified copy

Hi @MarvinSkSehowa

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20736 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works.

Thanks Amal for your prompt reponse:

Our workstation is Windows 11 Pro.

It does this with documents / files occupeing 1 MB capacity and above.

Checked it has the recent version installed, there's no update available.

Attempted to repair the installation from the help menu and wasn't fruitful.

Thanks for refering me to the Preference reset, however the problem still persist.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that the issue still persists, Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html , Procmon logs (Win Only) https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and Crash/freeze logs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/collect-logs-crash-freeze.html share them via any cloud storage. Just upload the log file to the cloud and generate the link and share that link with us for further investigation.

Regards
Amal
