Hello,
I faced today a problem with the Fill&Sign module of Adobe Acrobat Reader, that cannot display Greek characters.
Inside a pdf file I create a Fill&Sign text with Greek letters, after save - close - open the same pdf file, the Fill&Sign fields with Greek letters are showing only one (maybe the first) letter and are not editable.
I uninstalled the program and installed it again, but the problem was the same.
Please advice !
Regards,
George Tselios

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Have you started experiencing this issue with the latest update? Was the file working well in the old version?
A small video recording of the issue would be very helpful.
Please try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win only) and reboot the computer once and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.
Regards
Amal

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that.
What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20643 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau...
Let us know how it goes.
Amal
