I updated to the latest version of the continuous release, 2024.001.20615, using the Help > Check For Updates on macOS 14.4. I can open the files within the OneDrive macOS app, but I do not see them updating on the Recent.
All settings are turned on:
1. Open PDFs from last session on Acrobat launch > Checked
2. Privacy & Security > Files and Folders > Adobe Acrobat > Full Disk Access > OneDrive > Checked
3. Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access > Adobe Acrobat > Checked.
In addition, I unistalled and reinstalled the Adobe Acrobat from the Creative Cloud App multiple times. Still the same problem with the Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release | Version 2024.001.20604 and Continuous Release | 2024.001.20615.
Lastly, I have also checked with my othet MacBook Pro 14.4 and facing the same problem with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Please fix this problem as I need to access the OneDrive files in Recent.

@S. S and @pravs, unfortunately, the problem has arisen again on Acrobat 2025.001.20630, on macOS 15.6.1. This behavior is the same as reported in this thread. PDF files opened in OneDrive are not appearing in the Home > Recent section. Due to this behavior, "Open PDFs from last session on Acrobat launch" is also not working as expected.

Hi preethamam,
Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
Please confirm if the issue occurs only with the iCloud drive files or files from other sources. Also, please confirm if you are using the Acrobat or Acrobat Reader application. Does this happen with the new version or the classic version of Acrobat?
Could you please share the screen recording to show what happens? We will get this checked.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hello @Meenakshi Negi,
Thanks for your support email!
1. The issue happens with the OneDrive desktop files and PDF files only. For example, the PDF files in the local folder such as Documents or Downloads on macOS shows up in Home > Recent.
2. It happens with Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20630, on macOS 15.6.1.
3. It happens with the new version Adobe Acrobat
Shortly I will share a video graphically explaining the issue. I couldn't record it previously.
Thank you,

This is true not only for PDF on OneDrive, but alos for the PDFs on DropBox and Google Drive.
Unless you setup an Others file storage and open them by there.
