Good day,
I purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from you a few years back and I’ve recently replaced my PC and tried to install Acrobat XI Pro, but it gives me an error saying that the license has been revoked.
I deleted the program from my old PC because I thought that it would be too many devices using the same product with the same serial number. I have it on one other device and I understand that I can use it on two devices – just not at the same time – which is how I have always used Acrobat XI Pro since I purchased it without any problems.
Please help me sort this out.
Thank you.

Hi!
This is an update on my original post. It appears that Adobe Acrobat Pro XI is not compatible with Windows 11. The only way forward was to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat, which I've done. I'm still going to activate it on my PC and hopefully everything will work smoothly from now on.
Thank you for your help!
Have a great day!

> Acrobat is only available by subscription now.
That is not true. Go here: https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog.html#search=acrobat
Acrobat Pro 2020 is still offered for purchase, and it's not a subscription, but a perpetual license. It's probably the last Adobe application to do that.

1. It is true.
Click on the "Buy now" link for Acrobat 2020 Perpetual in your URL and you will get a "400 Bad Request" error. You won't be able to purchase.
2. See this Help page:
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/removing-acrobat-perpetual-from-upgrade-plan.html
3. I learned this yesterday when I was looking for the link for Perpetual. I reported both links on the Hub yesterday, so hopefully the Acrobat team will fix these pages.

1. The link works fine for me, although I didn't go through with the complete purchase, of course. Just because a link didn't work for you it doesn't mean the product is not being sold any longer. If that were the case they would have removed it entirely from the list.

If 2020 is still available, then this page (link is above) has false information. I have alread reported the discrepancy in the Hub.

You stopped highlighting too soon... This is about the purchasing of upgrades, not of the full license, which is still available, if I understand it correctly.

I just read the rest of the help page and agree with you. I am quite happy to be wrong and am very glad the perpetual version is still being sold.
The "400 Bad Request" message threw me off.

fwiw, i momentarily saw 404, but then was automatically forwarded to the purchase page shown in my screenshot.

Update: Now Acrobat 2020 seems to be gone for good. I only see "Acrobat Classic", which appears to be Acrobat Pro, and is offered with a 3-year license, and no upgrade options.
