Hello,
I am facing the problem with subscription to Adobe Acropro Subs. Actually I dont know how I have got subscribed to this "service", since I was just kooking for standard Adobe applications. Actually my standard support by Adobe has finished and I have no services in my plans right now, but I am still receiveing the bills for Adobe Acropro Subs and I am not able to cancel it. What shoul I do? Is it a fraud?
Please, advice.

It could be that you once started a trial of Acrobat Pro, which then automatically converted into a paid subscription after the trial ran out. Go to Plans in your Adob

Adobe doesn't allow sbscrition cancel. Adobe shows yo have no subscription, but keep charging. you have to cancel your credit card to get rid of Adobe chargess.

I didnt had any plans connected to my Email and Adobe means that I have one more Email. But I dont! I had to change my card to stoped them to taket my money!

You will need to contact Adobe, but here is some extra info which may help you in the conversation with them.
ACROPRO is Acrobat Pro, a standard Adobe app. It is not really a service, it is an app.
If you subscribe, it will renew forever until you cancel.
If you take a trial it will subscribe unless you cancel.
If you have a subscription it will show in your Adobe account. Look under "Plans".
If you do not have a subscription, then there may be a fraud by someone who stole your card details.
Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @Deleted User, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.

There are ways to unsubscribe, but be careful. Adobe tries to get you to sign up for even more expensive alternatives. I thought I had completed "cancel" twice, but it was still there in my account. The 3rd time I successfully canceled--I think. I have been charged for over a year! I think this is fraudulent on Adobe's part!

I am on with Adobe Chat help right now and they are doing exactly what the users/clients down below are talking about. The bot ignored my instructions. Passed me to a person named Charu who as soon as I reiterated I wanted to cancel, told me they were transfering me to Kevin so he could discuss other products.
Kevin did come through, although it was a difficult and multi-stepped process.

I did not order Adobe Acrobat Pro the app. I already have an Adobe Photography account. You have charged me for 3 months of services I did not order. I looked at the app and it could not do what was needed. There are many complaints about this listed that there is no notification that you are implementing and billing for an app. I had to discover it on my credit card!

This is talked about in your forums. That people can't figure out how this app is being charged on their accounts, and when they try and stop it, get a refund, just cancel it, that the customer service just keeps talking about "another solution" and tries to sell them something else, and some did not get their cancellations honored and had to cancel their cards.

Jamie, I see that the plan was purchased as a trial on 03 Apr 2023 and after the 7 days of trial, it got auto-activated.
I understand that you wish to cancel the subscription. However, I have an option for you that will help you save money with full access.
Instead of canceling the plan, I see that there is a 3 free months extension offer on your subscription that you can avail of.
I can add those to your subscription allowing you time to explore the software and you wouldn't have to pay for the next 3 months.

Kevin, No, there's nothing that we can take on now at all. There's no money saving - I'm getting taken for over $60 when you "cancel" what was a trial that I likely canceled then because it didn't work because I would not have bought something for $21.88

I had that same conversation today. Same offer to extend for 3 free months and offer to cancel with no retroactive refund. Then I insisted on speaking to a supervisor and he readily got back on the phone to refund the past 18 months of recurring monthly subscription which I never subscribed to

Exactly The same for me. They have charged me seans last summera but I didnt understand it until i finish my plan for photografy. Costa 120 sek but they also took 180 sek every mounth seanse Aug 2022.
I dont have any app and they said that I must have another Mail but I dont.
The chatts was ended twice from Adobe. Because they took too long time to get back. Now my card is frozen and useless and I just use it to internet to pay parkingtickets and other online bills.
THIS is so dame difficult to get iit ended.

I had the same problem lasting 2 years I frequently asked my bank to cancel the subscription only for the bank to say they couldn't, in the end I had to cancel my debit card to stop the subscription also I didn't get any emails from adobe regarding renewal of contract so I couldn't cancel it that way my renewal is in September, so I owe them nothing I won't be dealing with adobe again I suggest to others who are thinking of using their services to make sure you get renewal emails from adobe, otherwise you will be considerably out of pocket

So far I've been charged 6 monthly installments totaling 119.94 (+ tax) for a subscription to Acropro Subs that I didn't want. Apparently I forgot to cancel before the 7-day trial ended. My bad.
This isn't the first time I've done this, but most companies allow you to cancel & some will at least refund the most recent installment.
These 'free' trials probably make a lot of money off people who don't cancel before trial ends.
Adobe does have an option online to cancel mid-term; however,
**BEWARE**
Adobe makes a bucket load of money by luring people into their 'free' trials. By the time you realize it, it's too late. I think it's deceptive.
(I've noticed more companies are locking people into ANNUAL plans, with or without a free trial. You might think your only paying a monthly plan that can be cancelled any time w no more installment charges, but read what you're buying carefully.)

Absolutely do not even bother with this. You make an account and pay with one email and they say you don't have an email connected to your account. Complete scam and waste of time. You will have to cancel your card. No where on the website or app to cancel and the customer service representatives suck and sound like scam artists as well.
