Hello,

 

  I am facing the problem with subscription to Adobe Acropro Subs. Actually I dont know how I have got subscribed to this "service", since I was just kooking for standard Adobe applications. Actually  my standard support by Adobe has finished and I have no services in my plans right now, but I am still receiveing the bills for Adobe Acropro Subs and I am not able to cancel it. What shoul I do? Is it a fraud?

Please, advice.

Click the 'circle with a speech bubble in it' icon on the right hand side to initiate a Chat.



It could be that you once started a trial of Acrobat Pro, which then automatically converted into a paid subscription after the trial ran out. Go to Plans in your Adobe Account and see if there is any Acrobat Pro-related subscription. If not, could it be that you maybe tried it out with a different Adobe ID in the past?

get ready to pay $100 early cancelation fee. I only used adobe for less than 5 minutes and ended up paying $140. what a rip off. I will never use any adobe product again for personal use.  I dont care what the reason.

Contact Adobe and it's very likely you could get a refund.

Absolutely do not even bother with this. You make an account and pay with one email and they say you don't have an email connected to your account. Complete scam and waste of time. You will have to cancel your card. No where on the website or app to cancel and the customer service representatives suck and sound like scam artists as well.

So far I've been charged 6 monthly installments totaling 119.94 (+ tax) for a subscription to Acropro Subs that I didn't want.  Apparently I forgot to cancel before the 7-day trial ended. My bad.

 

This isn't the first time I've done this, but most companies allow you to cancel & some will at least refund the most recent installment. 

 

These 'free' trials probably make a lot of money off people who don't cancel before trial ends.

 

Adobe does have an option online to cancel mid-term; however,

 

**BEWARE** 

  1. If you don't cancel within 14 days Adobe LOCKS you into a full ANNUAL PLAN with an option for monthly installments. If you cancel mid-term they hit you up for an early cancellation charge of 50% of the remaining installments!  In my case they're charging me an additional cancellation fee of $ 59.97 !!

 

Adobe makes a bucket load of money by luring people into their 'free' trials. By the time you realize it, it's too late. I think it's deceptive.

 

(I've noticed more companies are locking people into ANNUAL plans, with or without a free trial. You might think your only paying a monthly plan that can be cancelled any time w no more installment charges, but read what you're buying carefully.)

They did the same to me I tried to cancel for two years the bank wouldn't
cancel my subscription acropro subs tried telling me that they emailed me
to see if I wanted to renew, no such email could be found anywhere the only
way to stop the payments was to report my Bank Debit Card as lost I phoned
my bank and they cancelled my card so I got a different card with a
different number acropro had been taking payments straight from my card
number the Bank couldn't do anything as it was legal but please watch out
for the tricks of the trade with free trial offers

I had the same problem lasting 2 years I frequently asked my bank to cancel the subscription only for the bank to say they couldn't, in the end I had to cancel my debit card to stop the subscription also I didn't get any emails from adobe regarding renewal of contract so I couldn't cancel it that way my renewal is in September, so I owe them nothing I won't be dealing with adobe again I suggest to others who are thinking of using their services to make sure you get renewal emails from adobe, otherwise you will be considerably out of pocket

Me too! I have no idea what this is for and when i go through to them they say i have no active subscriptions yet they are taking £19.97 pm from me and no idea how to cancel it

Same I keep getting a charge in my account even after my card has been canceled the last 6 times idk how they keep getting my new card numbers for something I don't even have or subscribe to

You should report this to your bank and/or credit-card company. Maybe someone hacked into your account...

Exactly The same for me. They have charged me seans last summera but I didnt understand it until i finish my plan for photografy. Costa 120 sek but they also took 180 sek every mounth seanse Aug 2022.

I dont have any app and they said that I must have another Mail but I dont. 

The chatts was ended twice from Adobe. Because they took too long time to get back. Now my card is frozen and useless and I just use it to internet to pay parkingtickets and other online bills.

THIS is so dame difficult to get iit ended.

I have been charged TWICE for the full suite! Thats over $600 and cannot get a credit back to my account!! I subscribe yearly and already paid this last month. I am furious!~
