Your answer tells a lot.
PowerPoint's slide masters control the fonts, sizes, and layouts of the actual slides.
Your original screen captures indicate that actual slides were manually formatted which caused the fonts to become scrambled.
As suggested above...

No, it makes no difference. Compare it with Indesign Styles. They are recommended but PowerPoint works fine without them.

No that didn't help. I obviously follow those steps. Interestingly if I use the Save as PDF from PowerPoint the document looks fine. So even the suggestions from Adobe are wrong.

Hi there
The option Save As PDF from Powerpoint is a MS process of PDF creation and not dependent on Adobe.
Please try to update the application to the new version 23.03.20269 from the help menu > check for updates, reboot the computer once, and see if that works.

Hi there,
Would you mind sharing a small video recording of your workflow to create the PDF form Powerpoint? Also, check with other PPT files and see if you can create the PDF correctly.

Looks like an error in the URL: the last ) + spacebar got caught in the URL formatting. Just delete them in your browser's address field.
Should end up as https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-acrobat-pdfmaker-problems-office.html which does work.

I just got this email from Adoeb from an email that is not monitored. Could someone tell that: no, the problem is not solved and that they can fire their robot?

Not only is this not helpful it also contains blaring spelling mistakes. Imo Adobe has enough money to proof read their response emails. Rather unprofessional.
