Question

Black and White reversed on printout using Acrobat Pro DC

I have a pdf document that displays correctly in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my computer screen. It has black lines and a white background with one red area. When I print, the black and white are reversed (negative) on the paper but the red color prints correctly. Looking for suggestions to fix.

The source application (Autocad 2016 with a image background) prints the document correctly.

Thanks,

Billy

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble, As described above the document prints with black and white colours reversed

Please check the color selected for the background and the text under the application preferences.

To check that, open the PDF and go to Edit menu > Preferences > Accessibility > Document color options.

Check if the right color is selected for the background and the text.

If not select the color you need and click OK to save the changes.

Then try to print the PDF and check if it works properly.

If it still doesn't work

Please try to reset the preferences to default and see if that works. Please use the steps in the link here (https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082) to reset the preferences.

Let us know how it goes

Regards

Amal
