Bookmarks bar disappears after clicking on a bookmark

Hello,

My Bookmarks bar (on the left) disappears after I click on a bookmark. So, when I want to click on a second bookmark, I first have to make the bar appear again which is not convenient, especially because I have to nagivate in my document using a lot of bookmarks.

How can I make the bookmarks bar stay always on the screen (no matter how many times I click on the bookmarks) ?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Is this an issue you started experiencing after the recent update?

 

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.01.20143. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

It should stay visible. If it disappears it's possible the action associated with the bookmarks themselves hides it.
