"No meu adobe reader DC não consigo salvar corretamente.
Clico no icone salvar (disquetezinho) e vem a tela do salvar como. Acho horrivel. Ele só salva corretamente depois desse primeiro salvar como. Mas se fecho o documento e abro em seguida, quando clico novamente no icone salvar, ele volta a pedir salvar como. isso me deixa doido… me ajude, por favor."

Hi @Sergio José36904456mlge

Hope you are doing well

What happens when you try to save the PDF file, do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more clarity.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer locally and then try again.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and check.

Hi Amal, Thanks for answering my question about the recently renewed Adobe
Acrobat Pro signature not permitting the saving of documents on local hard
drives. I just realized that the product I bought is not the same Adobe
Acrobat I was used to. The name now is Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and now it
comes, by design, prepared to put on the cloud every single PDF archive I
access on the internet and decide to save.

So, the problem now is to discover how to access the "save as" function,
allowing me to decide whether to direct my work to my hard disc or the
cloud. Do you have a suggestion for this relatively inexperienced TI user?
