The first place would be in creating the form field. You can either specify the font size.

If the creator of the form set the field to "Allow rich text formatting", the user can use the "Form Field Text Propertied" tool to modify the text field, select the field and then use the Ctrl + E key combination to bring up tool;

I'm confused.

I have a pdf document of a rental lease that I found online.

I filled it in & I'm unable to adjust the font size to make it bigger.

The area that I filled in were marked by a blue box.

I can change the font on the existing font but not on the text I filled in.

How would I know if the creator set the field to "allow rich formatting"

I have no idea where you would find the option of "Form field text Propertied."

I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to accomplish this but it will only change the font of the contents of the document, not the contents that I filled in.

I didn't change the font.

The info I have "filled-in" is a very small font.

I am trying to make it bigger.

I need to minimize the font on a government time sensitive form. Adobe Acrobat was so much easier to use. Your current platform is daunting, exhausting, non-user friendly. There is NO Tools option!!

No. They're asking how to change the font size when you're filling out a PDF form.  They are NOT trying to create a PDF or a PDF Form.

Adobe is OUTRAGIOUSLY EXPENSIVE to make such a key feature so difficult and not intuitive for users simply attempting to fill out a PDF form.
