Can't Print to PDF

Hello,

In the last couple of weeks the company I work for switched up from having separate Adobe accounts to one company account. Since then I haven't been able to Print to PDF. Not sure if it's related to the switch because others haven't had the same issue.

I used to be able to print fillable PDFs to PDF (without the visible fillable boxes showing after printing) and now I can't. 

I've tried following a few different articles but I can't get it to work.

Does anyone have an idea I could try to make it work?
