Cannot remove saved Sign Yourself( Fill & Sign) in Acrobat Pro DC

Hello,

I Cannot remove saved Sign Yourself( Fill & Sign) in Acrobat Pro DC. I added video below showing I click on the remove option also click on Fill & sign and white page come out and it get stuck so I need to open task management to remove the program and re open it.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described yo are unable to remove the signatures from the 'Sig yourself option'

 

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try to sign a different PDF file and check .

 

Please try to repair the installation of Acrobat DC from the help menu and reboot the computer once.

 

You may also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here  https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 and see if that works. 

 

If it still doesn't work, please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there.

No luck on https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082 . I also, remove the program and reinstall it and the issue still happening for all pdfs.

The planned update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC version 21.11.20039  is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates  and reboot the computer once.

You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html  and see if that works for you.
