Change fill color for non-highlighted text field in Pro DC?

I see how to change the fill color -- it's easy

but how do I change the fill color of the text field when it's not active?  The color Acrobat is choosing doesn't match well with the document I'm creating.  I like the idea that it changes to my chosen fill color when the text field is active....

Suggestions?
